The subsystem will be deployed in a consolidated way from Tallinn to the Lithuania-Poland border and from Kaunas to Vilnius.
The funding will also be used for flood protection improvement in Croatia.
The winner of the tender will be in charge of the execution of the Rail Baltica mainline.
Rail Baltica has so far secured nearly $1.32bn from the EU and national governments.
The study will consider and examine current development plans and initiatives in and around the station zones.
The project will be executed in five phases and will continue until December 2025.
