On 18 July, CRRC Ziyang Co., Ltd. held the grand opening of the 2022 Annual Scientific and technological Work and Rail transit Technology Forum. The theme of this conference is Exploration, Integration, and Breakthrough.
More than 190 people attended the conference including the Leader of Enterprise Innovation Center of Sichuan Association for Science and Technology, leader of the Ziyang Municipal Government, leader of the Ziyang Science and Technology Bureau, experts from Southwest Jiaotong University, CRRC scientists, leaders and experts from relevant departments of the Zhuzhou Company, doctors from Zhuzhou Guochuang Company, CRRC Ziyang’s senior managers, leaders from relevant departments, and technical system representatives.
CRRC Ziyang chairman Chen Zhixin delivered a speech discussing how ‘Innovation facilitates transformation, innovation enables development, and provides strong scientific and technological support for the company to achieve high-quality development’. From the three aspects of ‘deeply understanding the strategic significance of scientific and technological innovation’, ‘fully starting the new journey of high-quality development’, and ‘accelerating the realisation of new breakthroughs in technological innovation’, this speech comprehensively and systematically analysed the great significance of technological innovation to the high-quality development of the company, and pointed out the direction and path of technological innovation.
At the conference, a number of scientific and technological figures and achievements were commended, and 18 scientific and technological achievements were awarded. Afterwards, the conference organised for the guests to visit the mountain rack locomotive under commissioning, held a special forum, and a series of special technical seminars.
