Duos Technologies, a manufacturer of digital video surveillance and analytics, has won a $6.8m contract to equip a rail line with intelligent video security solutions in Indianapolis, US.

The project will provide a multilayered alarm management engine to automatically detect and report any suspicious activity on the rail line.

The project will also allow law enforcement and rail security officers to monitor a wide area from a remote command centre.
