Why We Maintain Audited Status
While suppliers can operate under the verified route, Weighwell has chosen to maintain full RISQS Audited status since 2023. We believe that work carried out in railway environments should meet the highest level of assurance. The annual audit reviews how we manage a range of requirements including Health & Safety, document control, and on-site practices.
As a result of maintaining audited status, we provide customers with confidence that our processes are independently verified, helping to reduce procurement risk before any project begins. Furthermore, the accreditation supports our workforce’s qualifications through the Sentinel scheme, which provides rail workers with a passport to work on the rail infrastructure across the UK. We ensure that our technicians hold valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification, enabling every site visit to be conducted safely, responsibly, and in accordance with operational requirements.
