INNDES provides standard equipment to remove and install bearings or tapered roller bearing units (TBU) from or to any type of axles, not only for the railway.

It is designed in two different capacities, 60t or 100t.

The equipment includes:

• Basic bearing universal press (BUP) machine
• Removal or installer devices as interfaces for basic machine (/BR or /BI options)
• Adaptor kit to install or remove specific bearing / TBU (/AI…or /AR…options).

The machine is placed on a manual trolley that allows cylinder height adjusting functions and bearing’s pulling or pushing controlled by an electrohydraulic equipment onboard.

Buttons are provided to control the machine and handles to calibrate the forces (pull or push) displayed on two gauges during operations.
