SAB Bröckskes Releases SABIX R flex Cable for Railway Applications

SAB Bröckskes has released its latest product, the continuously flexible SABIX R flex railway cable with numbered cores.

It is a halogen-free, flexible cable that is suitable for flexible and protected installation in railway interiors for door control or in protecting tubes for outdoor laying at the bogie, railway machines or as a connection cable between wagons.

The SABIX R flex cable is appropriate for light and medium mechanical stress and is resistant to oil, fuel, acids and alkalines.

The cable is certified according to fire protection requirements R15 (EL1A) and R16 (EL1B) according to EN 45545-2 for hazard levels HL1-2.
