Nippon Koei Mobility carries out a range of independent consultancy services, including verification and validation (V&V) checks, which are performed on all critical or safety-related systems and elements by qualified and authorised personnel not involved in design development process.

As an independent consulting engineer (ICE), we can check and certify design, installation, manufacturing, and testing activities for a project to ensure that works are fully compliant with the employer’s requirements.

These services also include independent validation and testing engineers (IV&TE), independent safety assessments (ISA), accident investigations, and technical audits.

Rail technical management consultancy capabilities

Nippon Koei Mobility’s interface management consultancy (IMC) team ensures the proper functioning of a system comprising many interfacing sub-systems.

Meanwhile, the project management consultancy (PMC) team can oversee the whole railway engineering project from start to finish according to clients’ needs, including prior studies, administration, project management and work management.
