Fanless embedded computing system for mobility control, passenger entertainment and video surveillance

Axiomtek’s tBOX500-510-FL is a modular powerful fanless embedded system that features vehicle, railway and marine-related certifications. It can operate at industrial grade temperatures and has various I/O connectors.

The tBOX500-510-FL is a fanless embedded system with Intel® Core™ and Celeron® processors for railway, vehicle and marine PC applications.
Axiomtek's tBOX324-894-FL all-in-one embedded system is designed for vehicle, railway and marine PCs.
The palm-sized tBOX100-838-FL embedded system is certified for vehicle, railway and marine applications.
The ICO100-839 DIN-rail fanless embedded system features Intel® Celeron® processor N3350, 2 COM, LAN, two USB ports and DI.

The multi-purpose transportation box PC is supplied with an on-board 7th generation Intel® Core™ or Intel® Celeron® processor 3965U, as well as two DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM slots supporting system memory capacity of up to 32GB. With two I/O module slots and a wide selection of value-added modules (VAM), the rugged tBOX500-510-FL can be customised to meet a range of different user requirements. The system is certified according to E-Mark, ISO 7637-2, EN 50155, EN 50121, DNV 2.4, EN 45545-2 and IEC 60945.

The tBOX324-894-FL is a multi-functional fanless embedded computer certified with EN 50155, EN 50121, E-Mark, ISO 7637, DNV 2.4. It is also compliant with EN 45545-2 and IEC 60945 for a various transportation applications. On-board 7th generation Intel® Core™ and Celeron® processors (Kaby Lake-U) allow the tBOX324-894-FL to deliver powerful computing performance in a compact size with a modular I/O design that enhances its operational efficiency.

The tBOX100-838-FL is a small footprint fanless embedded system compliant with EN 50155, EN 50121, DNV 2.4, and IEC 60945 for use in rolling stock and marine industries, as well as E-Mark and ISO 7637 certification for vehicle applications. In addition to DDR3L memory up to 4GB, the rugged tBOX100-838-FL features a low-power quad-core Intel® Atom™ processor E3845.

The compact vehicle PC features five BNC connectors with four video-in and one audio-in ports, as well as one capture card for DVR surveillance applications. The capture SDK is available to support system integrators to speed up the solution development. In addition, it can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to 60°C and vibration up to 3 Grms, equipped with intelligent power management at a voltage range of 9VDC-36VDC.

Din-rail fanless ruggedised embedded system

Axiomtek provides the ICO100-839 DIN-rail fanless embedded system for the low-power Intel® Celeron® processor N3350. This DIN-rail industrial Internet of Things gateway supports one DDR3L SO-DIMM slot with up to 8GB system memory. Its proven rugged construction ensures reliable operation in harsh environments with an extended temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and anti-vibration up to 2G.

The ICO320-83C is designed for communications control and protocol converter applications in harsh environments. The system adapts with the extra low power consumption Intel® Celeron® processor N3350, supporting industrial operating temperature from -40°C to 70°C.

Fanless embedded computing platform for railway applications

THE GOT710-837 model features a 10.4in SVGA TFT LCD display with a high brightness LED backlight at 1,000 nits, which makes it easier for train operators to read operational messages even in direct sunlight. Designed for easy use and maintenance, the complete industrial touchscreen PC has an optional keypad control for easy access and cleaning purposes. The system has IP65 rated M12-type connectors and is certified according to EN50155.

The P6105 is a 10.4in touchscreen display designed for transportation applications. The rugged display features 500 nits high brightness and has LED backlighting for power saving. The EN50155-certified railway touch monitor adopts extended temperature technology and supports temperatures ranging from -25°C to 55°C.

System on modules and embedded boards

Axiomtek’s CEM846 COM Express type 10 Mini system is powered by the Intel® Atom™ processor E3800 family (Bay Trail) with Intel® HD graphics (Gen 7with 4EU) engine. The CEM846 is an ideal modular and small form factor computing platform, providing flexibility and scalability. It is suitable for operation in an extended range of temperatures.

The PICO313 features the Intel® Pentium® processor N4200 or Celeron® processor N3350 and it has been designed for the entry-level market. It has fanless operation and supports a +12VDC power input with a slim I/O and extended temperature range.

The MANO310 mini-ITX motherboard has been built with Intel® Pentium® processor N4200 and Celeron® processor N3350 (Apollo Lake). The embedded motherboard has two 204-pin DDR3L-1867 SO-DIMM sockets that provide 8GB of system memory. It is equipped with one SATA-600 and M.2 SSD connectors for SATA storage devices.
