Network Rail Approves C.A.T.E.R Portable Testing System

C.A.T.E.R receives a Certificate of Acceptance from Network Rail, approving its HANDWave ultrasonic rail flaw detection (RFD) system for rail inspection in the UK.

The RFD system is considered to add value to Network Rail's drive to deliver efficiencies in the critical area of rail integrity and operational expenditure. Extensive trials have shown significant technical and commercial benefits and follow multiple sales of HANDWave to Transport for London in 2013.
