Vending Automater ApS, the Danish market leader in certified vending machine solutions for the railway industry, has announced its partnership with FlixTrain to deliver innovative onboard coffee and snack vending systems for the operator’s new fleet of 65 high-speed trains from Talgo.
This collaboration follows an extensive development process and introduces a tailored vending concept designed to elevate the passenger experience on sustainable, cross-European rail routes. Passengers will enjoy freshly brewed bean-to-cup coffee from state-of-the-art machines using freshly ground beans, along with a selection of cold beverages and snacks dispensed from purpose-built vending units. The system supports virtually any digital payment method for seamless, cashless transactions and features two dedicated service zones per train for convenient access from all coaches.
