Custom aluminium windows for rolling stock

All window systems can be supplied with glass panes or lexan panes (plastics). These panes are clamped or cemented into the window frame. According to customer specifications all window frames can be supplied in different colours, powder-coated or anodised.

High-performance aluminium air-pressure tanks

Corrosion resistance (without internal and external coating) and light weight are among the best characteristics of the EN 286-4-norm aluminium air-pressure tanks for air brake systems that we manufacture for railways.

Besides different standard tanks with a wide range of diameters and volumes, SAG Alutech’s R&D team develops customised air-pressure tanks in various designs, all tested according to the EN 286-4 norm. Thanks to high-quality welding, manufacturing and testing processes our air-pressure tanks are guaranteed a long service life.
