The sample castings made in Tikhvin also met the static and dynamic structural test standards necessary for AAR approval.

All the evaluations were conducted in North America at an AAR-approved facility.

The freight castings made in Tikhvin will be installed on bogies such as Barber S-2-HD.

The S-2-HD is a standard 32.5t-force axle load bogie that has been approved for general usage, and as such can be equipped on all freight cars that operate in the US, Canada and in Mexico.
