More than 25 transport operators worldwide are already using Masabi’s ticketing technology, including New York’s MTA, Transport for Athens, Boston’s MBTA, Virgin Trains, National Express Bus, Las Vegas RTC, Los Angeles Metrolink and Preston Bus.

Masabi CEO Brian Zanghi said: “The JustRide SDK is a game changer for the mobile ticketing industry, allowing strategic partners to incorporate our mobile ticketing technology into their existing mobile apps and services.

"The JustRide SDK will deliver barcode tickets to users through a ticket wallet that communicates with Masabi servers to determine fare tables and manage ticketing."

Through its digital subsidiary Kisio, French transport company Keolis has integrated Masabi ticketing with validation technology and retail analytics into its PlanBookTicket mobility solution, which is set to launch in Montargis in January.

By allowing an integrated app to request fare types, the JustRide SDK will deliver barcode tickets to users through a ticket wallet that communicates with Masabi servers to determine fare tables and manage ticketing.
