ITT’s Veam brand has showcased its new MOVE modular series for harsh environment rolling stock and railway infrastructure applications at InnoTrans 2018 in Berlin, Germany.

MOVE is a modular circular connector series that makes use of snap-in modules to provide several contact layouts to enable power, signal and data transfer in the same connector.

MOVE series will become available in 2019.

Further, the series feature ultra-secure bayonet coupling mechanism; comes with minimised weight and condensed footprint all within a circular form factor.

Veam’s MOVE series also features RoHS-compliant ruggedised plating options including Blue Generation (A240) and Black Epoxyurethanic Varnish (T39).

In addition to Veam’s new MOVE series, the Veam and Cannon brands are showcasing their portfolio of rail connectivity solutions at the event.
