BOGIE TEST STANDS FOR ADVANCED APPLICATIONS

The NENCKI bogie test stand is available with the following test features:

NENCKI offers solutions for helical, metal-rubber and leaf springs as well as solutions for testing of complete primary suspensions. Our fully computer-controlled machines can be used in the testing of:

• Bowing angle and distance
• Deflection diagrams
• Other spring specific test parameters

WHEEL WEIGHING FACILITY WITH TWISTED TRACK

Safety against derailment is a primary concern for locomotive and rolling stock manufacturers and rail operators alike. NENCKI's wheel weighing facility allows for the measurement of individual wheel loads and unloading in a twisted track derailment scenarios. The test according to EN 14363 is fully automatic and can be done in less than 30 minutes.

RAIL WELDING PLANT MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT

NENCKI is able to provide a complete welding factory or individual machines for long welded rails. The range of machinery and equipment includes:

• Rail-end brushing machines
• Flash-butt welding machines
• Four-way straightening machines
• Rail profile grinding machines

MOBILE STRAIGHTENING PRESSES

NENCKI also provides mobile straightening presses for rails and switch tongue profiles. These easily exchangeable press tools allow a fast set-up for other profiles. Versions for operation by hand pump or electric motor are available, with variable press forces of 90t or 120t.
