The new platform offers a single and secure location to consolidate incident and emergency plans.

ReadyOp can be used to organise personnel in an emergency, as well as allow prompt communication with callout teams and other groups through texts, emails, and two-way radios from any location.
ReadyOp Communications CEO Marc Moore said: “LA Metro works directly with the Los Angeles Police Department, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, and the Long Beach Police Department on a daily basis to provide a safe and secure environment for their riders.
