Quintiq, a global leader in supply chain planning and optimisation (SCP&O), announced today that it is co-hosting a seminar with its customer Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori SpA (NTV).
The event will kick off the Quintiq World Tour Series. Entitled ‘Surpassing expectations for on-time performance’, the seminar will be held on March 20 at the Hilton Rome Airport Hotel. It will be attended by executives from the European rail and public transport industry.
Experts from Quintiq and NTV will discuss the latest planning and scheduling solutions, long-term strategic planning, as well as strategies for dealing with real-time rescheduling and disruption management. The event will feature presentations from top executives on the future of planning in the rail industry and include demonstrations of how the Quintiq solution was applied to NTV’s planning environment to enable it to attain world-class on-time performance.
