RAIL.ONE Presents Ballastless RHEDA 2000® and RHEDA CITY at Elmia Nordic Rail 2019

RAIL.ONE has always focused on providing innovative and reliable solutions as part of its product portfolio.

RAIL.ONE and its Swedish cooperation partner S:t Eriks AB are jointly displaying their product range at the booth B03:34 in Hall B at the Elmia Nordic Rail exhibition 2019, the most important railway and transport trade fair in the Nordic countries. This year, RAIL.ONE focusses on its modular Urban Transit track system RHEDA CITY, implemented for example at the Bybanen Airport Link in Bergen, Norway.

The two companies started their partnership in 2017 and are committed to jointly manufacture and deliver innovative slab track solutions for high-speed lines, tunnel and bridge projects as well as for the expanding Nordic Urban Transit market.

One of the highlights this year is an exhibit of the RHEDA CITY system, which has been installed in various projects all over Europe, and a few years ago, in the Bybanen Airport Link extension in Bergen or in Tampere, Finland. The RHEDA CITY system is especially designed for mass urban transit, especially in applications for trams, light rail systems and surface commuter lines. The RHEDA CITY track system is characterized by a simple construction methodology, as well as an easily adaptable bi-block sleeper design while providing and maintaining a precise track gauge during all stages of installation and its entire life cycle.

Thanks to an interactive application displayed at the booth, interested visitors can learn about RAIL.ONE’s solutions in the four business segments: long distance and freight transport, urban transit, engineering and plant construction as well as discovering the company’s worldwide customer references.

S:t Eriks and RAIL.ONE welcome interested visitors to the booth B03:34.

Bybanen opened its new tram-line airport link to connect the Bergen city centre with the airport in Flesland, Norway.
