Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane (FS Italiane) has signed a €64.5m ($67.34m) agreement to buy Astaldi’s 36.7% stake in Metro-5 SpA (M5).

Astaldi retains a 2% stake in M5, with the company responsible for construction of Line-5 of Milan Metro in Milan, Italy, and also continued support in development of the project.
