Rail-borne maintenance vehicle

Phooltas Transrail offers an eight-wheeler rail-borne maintenance vehicle (RBMV) with crane capable of running at 115km/h that is used for transportation of track maintenance crews and equipment. They can also be mounted with various attachments such as crane, lifting platform, and crew cabins with sufficient space to carry a CMS crossing, sleepers and rails.

Utility track vehicles

We supply four-wheeler self-propelled utility track vehicles (UTV) that come with a variety of options for mounted equipment, including crane, lifting platform and powered or non-powered drum stands. The vehicle can be used for several applications during construction and maintenance of track and OHE.

Diesel-electric tower cars

An eight-wheeler diesel-electric traction vehicle supplied for overhead electrical installation, inspection and maintenance, equipped with a lifting and swivelling platform, earthing and measuring pantograph, and drum stands.

Inspection car

Phooltas Transrail can provide a four-wheeler self-propelled vehicle, which can have a variety of options of full cabin / half cabin / with or without equipment such as crane / lifting platform / inspection instrumentation.

Tower wagon

We offer a four-wheeler hydrodynamic traction vehicle for overheard electrical installation, inspection and maintenance, equipped with a lifting and swivelling platform, earthing and measuring pantograph, drum stands, etc.

Self-propelled multi-utility vehicle (SPMUV)

Our range includes an eight-wheeler diesel hydraulic drive vehicle for overheard electrical installation, inspection and maintenance, equipped with a lifting and swivelling platform earthing and measuring pantograph and crane.

Mast erection maintenance vehicle (MEMV)

A four/eight-wheeler diesel-hydraulic drive vehicle with crane, auger, man basket for mast erection and OHE maintenance.

Rail-cum-road vehicles

Road trucks are modified to run on railway track, as well as road, making them highly versatile equipment for private companies and metros. These vehicles are extensively used for flash butt welding, electrification, track construction/civil work, rescue and re-railing operation etc.
