The Dynamic Programmable Shimming System is patented, proven and unique to Hydraulico, suitable for deepdrawing and high-accuracy embossing. It can be added to an existing press with minimal changeover time to eliminate annealing costs and allow for a deeper draw.
It also provides process consistency and increases product quality with no wrinkles, more regular thickness and less tension in the product, saving up to 12% raw material.
