Online systems for diameter control and regulation

These systems are designed for in-process contactless diameter measurement, control and regulation of objects such as wires, hoses, tubes and rods.

Automated system for motor shafts measurement

This system offers high-precision in-process contactless measurement, control and regulation of shaft geometric values.

Automated system for tape geometry measurement

The automated system is used to control geometrical parameters such as width and thickness, and the temperature of tapes, primarily packing straps used during manufacturing.

Used in mass production, the system has customisable technical characteristics.

Edge sensor

Edge sensors offer non-contact measurement and monitoring for the position of the edges of objects such as tapes, plates and substrates among others.

Laminated tube geometry measurement instruments

Used in large-scale production, this system scans and measures geometrical parameters of laminated tubes with no contact.

Laser debris inspection system

The system is used for non-contact detection of the debris inside the circular grooves of different technological items such as brake calipers. It can be used for groove seal profiling (seal deformation inspection).

Thickness measurement instruments

The system is used for non-contact laser thickness measurement equipment. It is intended for precise measuring of thickness of sheet materials such as tapes, boards and plates.

It is a standalone software and hardware system that contains laser sensors and an indication device. Parameters can be changed according to specifications.

Width measurement system

The system is intended for non-contact measuring the width of sheet materials such as tapes, boards and plates.

It is a standalone software and hardware system that contains optical micrometers and the indication device. Parameters can be changed according to specifications.

Multichannel displacement measurement system

The system is designed for multi-coordinate monitoring and measurement of displacements or deformations of complex structures such as bridges and power machines.

Flat washer (spacer) thickness measurement system

The system is designed for non-contact laser scanning and measurement of flat washer (spacer) thickness in large-scale production.

Shaft geometry measurement machine

The machine is designed for precise measuring of geometric parameters  such as diameter, ovality, and conicity of the shaft-type parts. It is suitable for large-scale production applications.

  • Shaft diameter: 5mm-30mm
  • Measurement accuracy: ±2um

Laser system for hot objects geometry control

The system is designed for contactless laser scan measurement of geometric parameters of hot objects, mainly round and rectangular.

  • Measurement range: 16mm-170mm
  • Accuracy: +/- 0.3 mm
