Panel-and-Plug Unit

Such devices are used for placement in the subracks to facilitate replacement and both plug-box and panel provide a convenient way for electronic equipment maintenance and replacement.

The panel:

  • Material: aluminum alloy
  • Surface treatment: water pressure drawing, sandblasting, electrolytic polishing, anodic oxidation, electrostatic spraying, screen printing
  • Protection grade: DIN41494-5 and IEC60297-3-4-5

And panel has some characteristics:

  • Made of aluminium magnesium alloy section to install electromagnetic shielding shrapnel
  • Each model handle can be matched, puller, panel fasteners, PCB stent and flat panel (economic)
  • Any size

The plug-boxes:

  • Material: aluminum alloy

  • Protection grade: DIN41494-5; IEC60297-3-4-5

The plug-boxes is an insert box with side panel profiles designed for 19in insert boxes, which have more flexible and easy to handle.
