Working principle

Our working principle systems are intended for contactless measuring of the inner diameter and profiles of gun barrels, cylindrical and taper pipes, progressive cavity stators and turbodrills among other railway components.

Systems are offered based on two working principles:

  • ID measurement by multisensor laser heads – RF040 Series
  • Inner surface laser scanning by rotating laser sensors – RF096 Series

Multisensor inner diameter measurement systems

This system offers contactless measurement of the inner diameter of cylindrical and taper pipes and gun barrels. It is suitable for production line quality control.

Pipe inner diameter measurement machine

This device is used for contactless scanning and geometrical parameter measurement of the inner diameter of pipes, bushes, holes and tubes among others. It is suitable for large-scale production applications.

Leaf spring hole ID measurement machine

The machine is designed for contactless scanning and geometrical parameters measurement of the leaf springs holes.

Wheel Center Bore ID Measuring Gauge

The laser measuring machine is used for contactless scanning and inner surface geometry measurement of the wheel centre bore. It is used on alloy wheel production lines for quality control.

It obtains geometric parameters for the following:

  • Inner diameter
  • Surface profile
  • Roundness

The device can be adapted for similar hole (bore) measurement and control tasks.

Stepped hole ID measurement system

The system is intended for contactless scanning and inner diameter measurement of objects having two through-holes of different diameters.

Rectangular inner profile measurement system

The system is intended for contactless scanning and measurement of inner dimensions of objects with special profiles.

Pipe ID control system

Measurement principle: laser rescanning by rotational triangulation sensor.

Handheld inner diameter measuring gauge

The gauge offers contactless scanning and measuring the inner diameter of pipes. Measured parameters: inner diameter, ovality, roundness.

Wireless ID measurement sensor for CNC machines

The laser sensor is designed for the non-contact measurement of geometric parameters of holes, including diameter, ovality and roundness.
