BWCS is delighted to announce a major keynote speaker for this year’s Wi-Fi on Trains Conference – Train Communications Systems 2017 (London, 7-8 June). Keith Monserrat from Network Rail Telecom will address the conference on the future for wireless connectivity services to trains.

"The UK is currently leading the world in terms of penetration of Wi-Fi services on trains," claims Graham Wilde CEO of BWCS, "and we are delighted to have Keith as the keynote speaker addressing what Network Rail’s ongoing trials have uncovered and what lessons can be learned for the future." Wilde went on, "This conference has long been at the forefront of moves to install and improve Wi-Fi services on trains, not just in the UK, but across the world and this year’s programme reflects that."

As ever, the conference is firmly focused on getting train operators to share their real-life stories of putting Wi-Fi onto their trains, fighting to keep the customers happy and struggling to add new services and increase bandwidth.

The main European and UK train operators including Abellio, Arriva, Deutsche Bahn, National Express, CCJPA, Russian Railways, as well as operators from Scandinavia, Spain, Italy, the US and across the UK will be sharing their experiences and challenges at the two-day conference.

This year’s Train Communications System Conference is sponsored by Icomera (Gold), Nomad Digital (Silver), Fluidmesh (Bronze), 21Net (Cocktails), LetsJoin (Lunch Day 1) and RADWIN (Lunch Day 2).

Please be advised that places are extremely limited and are selling out fast. To reserve your place now, please use the online order form on the conference website or contact Ross Parsons at BWCS.

We look forward to seeing you in June, in the sunshine.
