As a strategic partner, HCL will make use of its integrated service delivery framework managed services with continuous improvement to transformation (MaSCOT) and ALT ASM.

The technologies will enable HCL to provide Sydney Trains with application development, support and maintenance services to support business and IT users improving application stability and availability.
The company will also put its ASSeT Transition framework into use, in order to deliver a continuous and risk-free transition without causing any interruption to Sydney Train’s business.
