Double-decker trains are common across Europe but have never made it to the UK, partly due to space restrictions. But now, several ideas are gaining traction, one being the AeroLiner3000 proposed by Andreas Vogler Studios. We profile this train design and the possibility that double-decker trains could one day be introduced to Britain, as a solution to continual overcrowding.
