Digitally Gauging the Future Railway
ByGauging is about calculating the space that exists around trains and between trains and the infrastructure. Today's gauging challenge is in accommodating overhead electrification, modern containerised freight wagons, soft high-capacity passenger vehicles and fast-tilting trains on a network that was built 200 years ago.
