Hanover – KEYMILE, a leading manufacturer of Next-Generation data transmission systems, has signed a partnership agreement with Revenga. National and regional Spanish railway companies and subway operators are just some of Revenga’s customers. Its most important customer is ADIF, administrator of the Spanish railway network and known before as RENFE.

Revenga, KEYMILE’s new Spanish partner, has specialised in communications networks for railway administrators and operators. As part of a sales agreement, Revenga will add KEYMILE’s UMUX and LineRunner SCADA NG to its range of solutions.

Revenga will integrate the products into customised applications, such as communications systems for monitoring and controlling routes and infrastructures. Some examples are axle counters, overheat monitoring, derailing sensors, barrier control, or applications like video surveillance that require a lot of bandwidth. All these cases are solutions for enhancing the operating processes and the usage of existing communications structures, ranging from low bit-rate, time-critical modem transmission, to standard DSL applications with LineRunner, to complex telecommunications networks with UMUX.

The UMUX family offers extensive multi-service capabilities that extend from traditional data services to VoIP media gateway functions. Thanks to their robust designs, UMUX systems can cope with difficult ambient conditions and temperatures spanning -20°C to +70°C.

LineRunner SCADA NG is used everywhere where reliable data transmission is vital, even in difficult ambient conditions and where space is lacking.

Revenga’s headquarters are located in Madrid and its customers include the Spanish railway network operator ADIF, and numerous regional railway companies and subway operators. The company was founded in 1972 and has a workforce of more than 150. In addition to the Iberian Peninsula, it is also active in many Central and Eastern European, as well as South and Central American countries.
