Blaschke Umwelttechnik is exhibiting at the 4th Mass-Trans Innovation Japan 2015 event.

Mass-Trans Innovation Japan 2015, the international trade fair for the railway industry, takes place between 11-13 November.

The event is to be held near Tokyo, Japan in Chiba at the Makuhari Messe. Blaschke Umwelttechnik will participate in the German country pavilion among several industry-leading small and mid-size companies.

Japan continues to be one of the most innovative markets for railway equipment and is known worldwide for its punctual and reliable trains.

Blaschke Umwelttechnik, Europe’s leading provider of exhaust extraction systems for diesel trains in train maintenance depots, has recently obtained the order from Hitachi-Rail Europe to equip three British maintenance sheds under the Intercity Express Programme (IEP) project.

Exhibition subjects include maintenance, railway engineering, railway technology, railway repair, signalling systems, transport and tunnel construction.

Visitors are from railway companies and operators, rolling stock manufacturers or manufacturers and suppliers of railway technology, as well as from many consulting or engineering and construction companies. In total, more than 20,000 visitors are expected.
