Axiomtek has launched the P6105, a 10.4in EN50155 certified touchscreen railway display designed specifically for transportation application. The rugged display offers a resistive touchscreen with 500 nits high brightness and has LED backlighting for power saving. It is equipped with a RS-232 touch control interface, and multiple video inputs of DVI-D, HDMI, which offers customers a variety of connection options.
The 10.4in EN50155-certified railway touch monitor adopts extended temperature technology and supports a wide temperature range from -25°C to 55°C. Its friendly fanless cooling system design and super compact ID aimed at rolling stock as well as harsh environments. The railway touchscreen display has an industrial-grade IP65/NEMA 4/12 compliant metal front bezel which resists water spillage and is specifically designed for railway sector. It could work perfectly for displaying information of train functions, fleet management, and many types of heavy transport equipment.
This 10.4-inch exceptional railway monitor is equipped with a resistive touchscreen, sunlight readable technology, 1024px x 768px resolution and up to 16.2 million colours. The P6105 offers response time of 25ms, wide viewing angle (H/V) of 176/176°, and high contrast ratio of 1000:1. Considering the outdoor and mission-critical application, the touchscreen is legible even under strong sunlight and is easy-to-see. In addition, with its wide viewing angle feature, users won’t miss any information.
With the DVI-D and HDMI video inputs, the 10.4in railway touch monitor can be connected to audio and video source simultaneously with one single cable. The video signal path supports six to sixteen bits per colour channel, and the audio path supports up to eight channels of 24-bit 192kHz uncompressed PCM audio, or can encapsulate compressed audio formats in the audio stream.
