Today OXplus announce a new collaboration with Shengton Bombardier Rail Transit Vehicle Maintenance in Shanghai. Over the course of the next year we will work together to ensure SHBRT’s position as the Leading maintenance organisation for Metro in China.
During this period we will focus on improving the efficiency of maintenance processes. The IT infrastructure will also be substantially improved including IBM Maximo 7.6 and the following industry solutions:
- Health Safety and Environment
- Asset Configuration Manager
- Service Provider
- Scheduler
- Maximo Anywhere for Mobile
The Health Safety and Environment is a key part of the implementation to ensure the HSE Preventative Culture is embedded in the Shengton Bombardier join venture. The HSE industry solutions will track if assets and operations are compliant with regulations and support continues improvement.
Our shared goal is to get the fastest time-to-market, making visible progression and have great team morale, therefore SCRUM is the used project framework.
