Spring Test Machine Compact Design

The spring test machine (STM) is used to check spring performance during the rolling stock maintenance cycle.

This compact design can only measure in semi-automatic mode, which includes:

All models are equipped with hydraulic and electrical equipment as a monobloc machine and it is considered as a mobile machine.

All models are ready to connect to the LAN network and produce and store test reports.

Model STM 200C-400/LF 200 is equipped to test leaf spring with a load range of 200kN.

Calibration set is different and dedicated to the specific model.

The operator can pre-set all data and the machine can print a complete report to certify the test.

The machine is also certified as a precision instrument.
