Bombardier Teams Up With Russians05 December 2007 15:41 Canadian-based transportation company Bombardier has announced it is holding talks with Russian rail manufacturer Transmashholding concerning its third joint venture in less than a year. Bombadier says it is in "very preliminary" talks with Transmashholding with regards to a new project. The two parties announced their agreement to invest in two other joint ventures last May, including a project to manufacture traction converters.
