Sydney Firm Wins Tokyo Rail Contract

Australian technology company Delkor Rail has won a trial contract to upgrade rail lines in Tokyo, Japan, to create one of the quietest rail networks in the world.

The project involves replacing Japan's existing railway technology with Delkor's rail-fastening base plate which has been designed to reduce the vibration and noise from passing trains.
