Cleartronic’s (CLRI) wholly-owned subsidiary ReadyOp Communications has supplied its software platform to LA Metro, a mass transit authority based in Los Angeles, US.

The new platform offers a single and secure location to consolidate incident and emergency plans.

ReadyOp can be used to organise personnel in an emergency, as well as allow prompt communication with callout teams and other groups through texts, emails, and two-way radios from any location.

“ReadyOp can be used to organise personnel in an emergency, as well as allow prompt communication with callout teams.”

ReadyOp Communications CEO Marc Moore said: “LA Metro works directly with the Los Angeles Police Department, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, and the Long Beach Police Department on a daily basis to provide a safe and secure environment for their riders.

“In addition, due to their large size and extensive transit area, LA Metro also interfaces with many other jurisdictions and agencies.

“ReadyOp is an ideal platform for planning, response, communications, and coordination within and between these organisations.”
