BOGIE REPAIR AND OVERHAUL

Our bogie production unit is one of the most recent services covering the refurbishment of all types of bogies to the highest standards. In February 2007, our bogie facility was the first to be awarded RISAS (Railway Industry Supplier Approval Scheme) certification as a standard supplier for bogie overhaul.

The bogie production unit uses the most modern techniques coupled with specially designed equipment and an expert workforce to deliver the best service available to our customers.

MATERIALS SERVICE AND REPAIR

The two Unipart Rail service centres at Crewe and York repair a wide range of products including relays, electronic and electrical equipment, signalling equipment, CCTV, point machines and hydraulics as well as calibration services.

POINT MACHINE REPAIR FACILITY

Our point machine repair facility has been designed to return point machines back to an as-new condition, with a 15 month warranty. Our service means that the machines can be replaced in the infrastructure at a fraction of the cost of buying new, saving you money.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION

We have developed IT systems which enable us to manage our customers' materials stocking and ensure that they are maintained at the agreed levels. This means that our customers have the confidence that the materials they require are available when they need them. This also means that their repairs/build processes run smoothly with minimum delays.

Our nationwide and international delivery services enable us to deliver materials and kits to your stores or site to suit your requirements. Our kitting service is designed to provide you with a full set of materials for a specific process you have identified.
