ADVANCED ASSET MAINTENANCE AND PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS

From the acquisition of information about passenger numbers to the ongoing monitoring of the condition of key assets, our products enable you to enhance safety, reduce costs and improve performance resulting in increased profitability.

Visual Inspection and Evaluation of Wear (VIEW) uses sophisticated machine vision and image analysis to monitor critical vehicle wheel-related parameters. Typically depot based, VIEW delivers highly repeatable, automated and accurate measurements enabling the prediction of key maintenance activities.

DeltaRail's CHEX system involves wayside condition monitoring that measures the impact of vehicles on the infrastructure, both protecting the infrastructure from damage and providing valuable condition data to drive-rolling stock maintenance activities, improving safety and performance.

DeltaRail also provides a range of train-mounted condition-monitoring systems, based on its powerful software platform, e-Master. The range includes engine, ride, door, low-adhesion and driver-monitoring systems that gather, analyse and transmit information in a useful form.
