Winter is approaching but before that Nordic Rail at Elmia in Jönköping is due to take place, and visitors from the whole of Europe are expected to attend.
This time OSBORN International will participate at the show, together with Dutch switch heating producer Pintsch Aben. You will find us in Hall C, stand 05.58.
At the stand we, among other things, will showcase some new bracket designs that will improve the flexibility and also simplify the assembly of the SnowProtec® system further.
The Osborn SnowProtec system is currently:
- Established as first choice in Sweden, with more than 1,200 systems installed
- Approved and established in the American and Canadian market (sister company in the Jason-Inc. group is www.sealeze.com)
- Recently approved in Finland, about 100 are already installed
- Under test and evaluation in Norway, Denmark and Estonia
- Ordered for evaluation in Netherlands
- Growing interest has also been shown from the German railroad
For some time, OSBORN International has initiated cooperation with Pintsch Aben for the development of the common market segment, focusing on railroads around the world. There are tentative discussions with switch manufacturers for efficient preassembly of the well-proven SnowProtec system. An informative instruction video is under production; a complete installation was filmed at Vossloh’s plant in Örebro, Sweden.
