Rail Wheel Automated Ultrasonic

NDT Technologies Inc. of Montreal, Canada has successfully commissioned "SONOTRON", Automated Ultrasonic Rail-wheel Test System for major rail-wheel manufacturer in Asia.
The system features 22 independent ultrasonic test channels and inspects with high resolution rail-wheel rim, tread and flange, according to International standards. Sensors for inspection of critical zones in rail-wheel plate can be implemented. The results can be evaluated to selected standard or post-evaluated to alternate standards. The system is fully automated and computerized with TCP/IP data transfer.
