TELESCOPIC BALL BEARING SLIDES

Made of two, three or four profiles linked together with ball bearings, Chambrelan's ball-bearing slides are commonly used for drawers, carrying loads from 1kg to 1,000kg per drawer, with a large security factor.

The Chambrelan product line offers:

  • Ready to use products offering smooth movement
  • Several raw materials: carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium
  • Strong and comprehensive easy-to-install slides
  • Several extension capacities going from a few millimetre to 3m
  • Several surface treatments including zinc plating and nitruration
  • Options such as locking devices, double extension, pems and studs.

The most common products are available on stock. However, we can also manufacture products to customers' exact requirements. They can be used for various applications such as drawers for batteries, air-conditioning systems or electric cabinets as well as for access door guiding.

LINEAR RAILS WITH BALL-BEARING RUNNERS

Made from one or several runners set in a rail, linear rails with ball-bearing runners are perfect for simple linear guiding from 100mm to 5m.

The Chambrelan product line offers:

  • Ready to use products offering smooth movement
  • Several raw materials: carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium
  • Strong and comprehensive easy-to-install guides
  • Several surface treatments including zinc plating or nitruration

Perfect for vertical application, linear rails with ball-bearing runners can also be mounted on access doors or hoods guidings. Held on stock, standard products are usually shipped within a week. Products can also be produced according to customers' requirements.
