MOBILE WIRELESS AUDIO / VIDEO SYSTEMS

The CamLite Model 1000 system is a mobile, wireless audio / video system that captures and transmits live streaming video and sound from a rugged, water-resistant, fully-functional flashlight. It can be used as a stand-alone system or integrated into fixed camera systems. It can also be integrated with facial recognition software. The CamLite Model 1000 is ideal for use in covert and overt railway surveillance as well as for railcar and rail line inspections.

The CamLite Model 1000 sends a wireless color video and audio stream approximately 350m line of sight from the CamLite (Flashlight) to a receiver. That data stream can then be recorded on a DVR, tape system, or computer hard drive, as well as retransmitted across the internet or satellite system.

RAILCAR AND RAIL LINE VIDEO INSPECTIONS

The CamLite wireless video flashlight is ideal for inspecting and maintaining many aspects of railway operations including railcars, tracks, cargo, baggage, containers, buildings and warehouses. The lightweight, DuPont Zytel nylon body is rugged, durable, water-resistant and shock-resistant, making it ideal for the harsh railway environment.

The CamLite Model 1000 sends NTSC or PAL video and audio signals for viewing at 30 frames per second over the 2,450MHz / 2,483MHz band. It uses NiMH rechargeable batteries that transmit for up to six hours.

The system has a built-in two-stage programmable flashlight. The low beam is programmable to various brightness levels depending on the lighting conditions, and the high beam is similar to typical police-style flashlights. A laser pointer marks evidence, incidents and people by placing a white dot on the recording for identification later.

CONFIGURATIONS AND INTEGRATION

The CamLite system is available in three configurations. The Model 1000 system comes with a CamLite receiver, batteries and charger. It is designed to be used where the receiver is connected to a recorder (your fixed camera system or other recording device). It is also easily integrated into satellite and internet based communications systems.

The portable base station comes with a CamLite in a hard protective case with a built-in receiver, power supply and DVR. This option is perfect for remote accident and inspection sites.

For hard to get places or tactical uses, the MOLLE mounted is ideal for one or two people to travel to remote areas and to capture the scene or incident immediately. It attaches to a vest or belt to allow it to be carried into the most awkward spots.
