Prover Technology Acquires Industrilogik

Prover® Technology today announced the acquisition of Stockholm-based Industrilogik, a leading provider of services and technology for the Scandinavian rail control system market.
Industrilogik's unique expertise in the application of formal validation and verification techniques will strengthen Prover Technology's product line Prover iLock and associated service offerings. Following the acquisition, Prover Technology also announced the product Prover iLock Planner, the first development environment for interlocking systems to integrate design, validation and formal safety verification.
