Integra Hindustan Control - Audio Frequency Track Circuits (AFTC), Signalling Relays, Railway Signalling SystemIntegra Hindustan Control Ltd (IHC) is the manufacturer of railway signalling equipment for Indian Railways. The company supplies metal-to-metal contact signalling relays for the railways sector. Integra Hindustan manufactures and supplies high quality signalling relays, along with functional signalling relay groups (pre-wired base plate), Audio Frequency Track Circuits (AFTC), and operating-indication panels (domino type) meant for railway signalling systems. Established in 1989, IHC is an associate company of ABB India and Integra Holding AG of Switzerland. The ISO 9001:2000 company has its state-of-the-art plant at Halol, 40km east of Baroda city (Gujarat) in India. AUDIO FREQUENCY TRACK CIRCUITS (AFTC)We have supplied and installed more than 2,200 sets of Audio Frequency Track Circuits (AFTC) in different automatic signalling sections with high traffic density on Indian Railways. We have executed automatic railway signalling system projects incorporating AFTCs on important busy routes of the Mumbai suburban area of Central Railway and the Delhi- Mumbai section of WR. Our AFTCs have been incorporated on the Chennai suburban section, Kolkata Metro and the Sealdah-Dumdum section of ER. Depending upon the track requirements, our AFTC TI21 can be configured in different ways to ensure a better railway signalling system. In 1992, IHC introduced AFTC systems for the first time on the Indian Railway network in technical collaboration with ABB Signal, UK (now Bombardier Transportation, UK, Ltd). SIGNALLING RELAYSIntegra Hindustan provides signalling relays, which ensure safe passage of trains through interlocking functions. The signalling relays introduced by the company have replaced the old technology of mechanical lever frames. The types of signalling relays available include neutral relays, interlock relays and lamp proving relays. Integra has successfully evolved from being a manufacturer of metal-to-metal type relays to a provider of functional relay groups. The metal-to-metal contact signalling relays ensure safe passage of trains through interlocking functions. In 1988, Integra Hindustan introduced metal-to-metal signalling relays in technical collaboration with Integra Holding AG of Switzerland. RAILWAY SIGNALLING SYSTEMIntegra Hindustan implements railway signalling system projects on a turnkey basis. Right from design to supply, installation and commissioning, the company provides integrated railway signalling systems. The cost-effective railway signalling system, produced to global quality standards, is well acclaimed by its customers such as Indian Railway. Integra Hindustan is open for end-to-end outsourcing solutions for advanced electronics and mechanical manufacturing services under the comprehensive railway signalling system.
