SECOM’S ALARM RECEIVING CENTRE (ARC)We have our own alarm receiving centre for remote monitoring. Our staff are supported by the very latest technology to ensure we are aware of any activation the moment it happens. Our ARC is directly connected to all UK police forces. SECURITY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES (SIMS)Secom can provide secure online access to vital security data. Our Security Information Management Services (SIMS) package is a valuable management tool for organisations with multiple sites and is ideal for the rail industry. The web-based information access system provides instant interaction and reporting, based on data received from alarm systems. It allows security managers to monitor all their sites, and keep track of keyholder details, police Unique Reference Numbers (URNs), response levels and alarm system event history.
