Metrotrax is the site services division of the Multipulse Group and is supported by Multipulse’s programme and project management teams.

Metrotrax has grown rapidly in recent years and the company now provides high-calibre site teams and support services, including site managers, SPCs, protection masters, telecom engineers and SMTH, electrical and mechanical fitters, and 16th edition electrical engineers.

LONDON UNDERGROUND TETRA DIGITAL RADIO SYSTEM

The implementation of the TETRA digital radio system into the London Underground network is an element of the project known as Connect. Metrotrax is currently supplying both the rolling stock and the rail infrastructure elements of the Connect project with a number of installation teams and associated support services.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR ROLLING STOCK

Metrotrax works closely with its clients to provide a wide range of services to various rolling stocks. In conjunction with our clients, we can provide complete project management. This includes designing the layout for radios and associated equipment, installing production radio and associated equipment, surveying, and carrying out trial fits.

We can also carry out equipment integration tests, and configuration and installation tests, as well as stripping existing equipment from train cabs and saloons.

RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES

We can carry out all project management services as well as surveys, creation of method statements, and the installation and configuration of radios. Metrotrax also has experience with the integration, testing and commissioning of the BTS / base station and associated radio equipment.
