PMProfessional Learning Launch Rail Division

PMProfessional Learning has announced the formation of a Rail Division dedicated to supporting project management development and training within the rail industry.
"The rail sector presents unique challenges for projects, they are complex, major in scale and require access to an existing infrastructure", explains Paul Naybour, Director of Rail. "They need the highest standards of professional project management. With the formation of PMProfessional Learning's Rail Division we are able to dedicate support to the industry to enable rail companies to meet these challenges", he continues.
After 15 years of managing nuclear projects, Paul Naybour has spent the last 7 years working in the rail industry. Having initially worked as a Programme Manager for the development of the signalling systems for the Jubilee Line Extension, Paul went on to join PMProfessional Learning.
"As a Division specialising in rail projects we can bring a depth of knowledge and experience to support the significant changes currently taking place within the industry", adds Paul.

In addition, PMProfessional Learning runs a series of rail seminars, presented by leading speakers within the industry. Events to date have included Earned Value Management, Lean Project Management and Enterprise Programme and Portfolio Management. The next event entitled 'Efficient Supply Chain Management for Rail Projects' will take place on 21st October 2005.
