PMProfessional Learning has announced the formation of a Rail Division dedicated to supporting project management development and training within the rail industry.

After 15 years of managing nuclear projects, Paul Naybour has spent the last 7 years working in the rail industry. Having initially worked as a Programme Manager for the development of the signalling systems for the Jubilee Line Extension, Paul went on to join PMProfessional Learning.
