EPCglobal has just been recognised by the UK's Sunday Times newspaper for its efforts to provide an outstanding workplace for its 130 employees. We were awarded 36th position in the category for companies with up to 249 staff.
The top 100 list was published in the Sunday Times on March the 2nd, 2008 and followed entries from almost 1,000 companies. Workplace engagement organisation Best Companies surveyed over 180,000 employee opinions for the newspaper, and carried out an evaluation of each entrant’s key statistics, processes and policies.
Earlier, in February 2008, EPCglobal was accredited with two-star status by Best Companies for "outstanding workplace, workplace practices and leadership," as rated by its employees. It was one of only 117 organisations in the UK to have achieved two-star status this year.
"EPCglobal focuses strongly on its people, which brings very real benefits for the company and its clients. Recognition by the Sunday Times reflects our company's deep-rooted commitment to providing a supportive and engaging working environment. Best Companies sets stringent criteria and we’re delighted to be recognised as a company leading its field," said Russell Dalgleish, UK managing director of EPCglobal.
