INDURA GTFILM™ 3D FORMABLE FILM LAMINATE

Indura GTfilm™ is a 3D formable film laminate specially engineered for rail car interiors. Available in continuous roll form for optimum material yield, it covers large panels seamlessly with less waste. GTfilm™ incorporates DuPont Tedlar® surface protection for low maintenance panels, resistant to graffiti, stains and solvents.

Product features:

• Capable of thermoform / stretching onto three-dimensional parts with biaxial elongation of 150% - Also for use on flat or single-contour panels
• Matte or glossy surface finish
• Available in sheets (press textures) upon request
• Unlimited color and design availability, including digital printing, flat, pearlescent and metallic colors
• Superior texture retention during heat application and vacuum forming
• Factory-applied adhesives on request: easier to install and environmentally friendly

INDURA GTGLAS™ FIBERGLASS REINFORCED LAMINATES

Fiberglass reinforced laminates designed specifically for high wear, high traffic areas. GTglas™ incorporates DuPont Tedlar surface protection for low maintenance panels, resistant to graffiti, stains and solvents.

Product features:

• Applied on two-dimensional panels, flat or with a single curvature
• Integrally pigmented fiberglass base helps to hide dents, scratches and other wear-and-tear
• Laminate bridges over and masks substrate panel imperfections
• Matte or glossy surface finish
• Available in continuous rolls for optimum yield, lower shipping and storage costs - also available in sheets (press textures) upon request
• Unlimited color and design availability, including digital printing, flat, pearlescent and metallic colors
• Factory-applied adhesives on request: easier to install and environmentally friendly - custom formulated, they adhere to stainless, aluminum, phenolic, gel coat, FRP and high-pressure laminates

The thermoplastic decorative laminates to turn rigid and contoured parts into exciting design features of your new or refurbished railcar interiors. Indura GTform™ laminates are engineered for high performance in-mold decorating of FRP panels, and for post-forming heat vacuum applications.

Indura GTform™ creates entirely new design opportunities with the same unlimited colors, patterns and textures as our Indura GTfilm™ and Indura GTglas™ laminates enabling complete design coordination. Indura GTform™ is available in continuous roll form for high yield, low cost results.

Product features:

• Capable of thermoform / stretching onto three-dimensional parts with biaxial elongation of 200% - also for use on flat or single-contour panels
• Can be used in-mold, for a more economical application
