HIGH PERFORMANCE RUBBER FORMULATION R&D, CONCEPTION AND REALISATION

HEURTEAUX has managed to become a specialist in fire resistant and smokeless formulations for use in the railway industry (our primary market) but also for the building and naval markets. HEURTEAUX already has formulas that fulfil the 1st 'grille' category of the French standard NFF16-101.

HEURTEAUX offers a wide range of formulations, from classical to ultra-specialised, through EPDM, neoprene, silicone, natural and nitril.

To meet its customers' requirements, HEURTEAUX rubbers present excellent mechanical properties and interesting resistance to inclemency, ozone, extreme temperatures and chemical products (e.g. hydrocarbons and oils).

HEURTEAUX's experienced teams are accustomed to working on:

RUBBER PRODUCTS PRODUCTION

HEURTEAUX has added different processes to its experience: extrusion, steam or continuous vulcanisation, marking, shaping, cutting, drilling, compression and injection welding (angles, moulds, metal inserts, adhering and flocking). These processes enable a wide range of products:

• From simple strips to multi-lips gaskets including tubes, inflatable seals and gaskets with keys
• From very small profiles of a few grams per metre to several centimetres wide and several kilos per metre profiles
• In rolls, by length, customised in frames and pieces

HEURTEAUX understands railway industry requirements, both in terms of technique (reliability and safety) and service (availability - from very small quantities to mass production - and maintainability).
